Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original shoebox or garment bag and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
